This morning Greater Manchester has experienced a major IT outage affecting services across Salford and other GM areas. This has left practices unable to carry out certain tasks including book patient appoints, complete prescriptions and access patient notes. IT are trying to resolve the issue across GM and we now have access to some systems back online. Hopefully our access will improve of the next few hours.
