Due to new NHS appointment requirements Mosslands have been tasked with making changes to all the GP appointments and the current structure of the GP’s diary.
This is extremely important that we comply and get the necessary changes correct.
This has meant a considerable impact on patients wishing to make a routine appointment which is typically 2-3 weeks from date of booking dependant on GP etc.
Please be aware we are working very hard to have the new (hopefully improved) appointment book ready by May 30th.
Mosslands is still booking on the day / emergency appointments and online submissions are triaged by our On Call GP each day. This change is affecting patients wishing to book in advance as a routine appointment.
